คุณมีหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยของบัญชี การให้ข้อมูลเท็จอาจส่งผลให้ถูกระงับบัญชี เราไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการกระทำใดๆ ที่เกิดจากความประมาทของคุณ

We provide product offerings related to Love Design, including Fandom merchandise, Collectibles, and Licensed products. All items are curated and quality-controlled by VelCurve Co., Ltd.
You are responsible for maintaining account security. Providing false information may result in suspension. We are not liable for actions committed intentionally or negligently by you.
Users must be 18 years or older. We reserve the right to refuse orders, limit quantities, or cancel orders at our discretion. Notifications will be sent via provided contact details.
Accepted methods: Credit/Debit Card, QR Code.
Note: Failure to pay within the specified time will result in order cancellation.
Refunds: Processed via original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective/incorrect.
Notify us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will provide a free replacement or full refund (including shipping costs).
